My client is a NSW Government Agency who is currently undertaking an organisation wide digital transformation and require the expertise of a Technical Consultant with a proven track record designing complex CRM solutions, more specifically across large Dynamics 365 CE environments. The successful incumbent will be a talented Dynamics 365 CE expert who has a passion for driving projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have pragmatic problem solving skills, strong communication abilities and work well in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. Manage Microsoft Partner resources and expectations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define technical requirements. Oversee customizations, integrations, and extensions to Dynamics 365 applications. Provide technical mentorship to junior team members. Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client requirements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Proven track record in technical leadership and solution architecture. Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Apps. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are highly desirable.
