Job Description The Opportunity As a Technical Product Owner – D365 CRM , you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager , you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure system performance, data integrity, and strategic alignment with business needs. What you’ll do Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 CRM, Sales, Field Services, and Digital Contact Centre solutions. Manage the product backlog , prioritising technical developments, enhancements, and change requests. Work closely with business and technical teams to define product requirements and ensure seamless integration. Oversee governance processes to maintain system security, data compliance, and performance efficiency. Translate business requirements into technical specifications , supporting agile delivery principles. Provide technical mentorship to internal teams and advocate for best practices in Microsoft technology. Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver training to internal stakeholders. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, System Engineer, or CRM Specialist in a complex organisational environment. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM , including configuration and integration. Strong understanding of CRM sales processes, digital contact centres, and data management strategies . Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric/BI, and Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) . Demonstrated ability to work with agile and waterfall methodologies in a DevOps environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen focus on business process improvements . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
