The SecuSafe team stock and support over 600 different electronic security products across branches in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join the friendly team as Technical Sales Assistant at our main office located in Melbourne, Victoria. Collaborative team environment Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude is rewarded Contribute to world-class customer relationship management Effective team player Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical and sales support to the sales team in the Victoria branchPhone Email Order Processing Provide product technical advice/support to customers Assist VIC sales team with sales and any other technical inquiries. Assist VIC sales team in maintaining customer service and relationships. Assist VIC team in the warehouse if necessary Specialise in the sales and promotion of technological products and services within the Security sector. Establish complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable. Essential skills and qualifications Full-Time Right to work in Australia Tertiary education in Sales and Technical fields preferred Commitment to delivery of the highest level of customer service and support Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail. Proven ability to learn and support new existing and new products. A quick learner with strong initiative who is reliable and adaptable. High attention to detail Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Requirements: Experience in Security products preferred. 2 years or more experience in the CCTV industry preferred. Strong communication skills to assist clients with a wide range of sales and technical inquiries. Willingness to learn about new products in the Security industry.
