They are now looking for a dynamic Technical Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team. This fully remote role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, with reporting to the head office in Asia. Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the designated sales area. Plan and organise visits to clients and prospects, serving as an ambassador for our products and services. Deliver training sessions to clients, enhancing technical credibility and ensuring compliance with current regulatory frameworks. Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, addressing first-level technical queries and guiding them toward effective solutions. Monitor market needs, gather field information, and share insights with the team to contribute to future developments. Assist the Head of Sales by forwarding quote requests, coordinating follow-ups to finalise orders, and concluding deals. The Successful Applicant A bachelor's degree in business or engineering, with significant experience in a B2B context. At least 5 years of experience in a technical sales role. Knowledge of the sensor industry is preferred. Proven ability to work independently in a remote team environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. A strong sense of commitment, responsibility, self-motivation, and customer orientation. Willingness to travel 30% to 35% of the time.
