Manage existing customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Provide product information and support to customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations. Liaise with the Sales Manager to share market insights and feedback. Implement sales and marketing plans, including promotions and in-store activities. Represent Sika at industry events and trade shows. Manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment. Conduct regular customer visits and store checks. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales and expense guidelines. Qualifications Essential:Excellent communication & customer service skills. Strong relationship building & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 3+ years experience in an Industrial Market field OR a relevant University degree. Desirable:Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM systems. Knowledge and experience in selling within a related industry.
