As part of a dynamic and rapidly growing business, you’ll play a key role in managing relationships with one of the company’s largest clients, overseeing a critical communications platform that powers customer interactions. The Role: A senior leadership position responsible for managing a high-performance digital team and ensuring the continued success of a major client’s communications platform. The role will oversee both ongoing service delivery and project management, while driving innovation and improvement in customer communications. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Develop Teams: Manage a diverse team of Business Analysts (BAs), Developers, and Systems Architects. Foster collaboration and innovation, while ensuring operational excellence. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client. Build and maintain strong relationships, manage customer expectations, and lead complex conversations to deliver impactful outcomes. Project & Service Delivery: Oversee both BAU operations and new projects, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead the transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable platforms, guiding the customer through digital transformation and operational improvements. Key Skills & Experience Required: Technical Leadership: Proven experience managing technical teams in IT services and software applications. Knowledge of MS Stack, SaaS platforms, and IT infrastructure is essential. Project Management Expertise: Strong background in IT project management, particularly in customer-facing service delivery with strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience. Customer Relationship Management: High emotional intelligence (EQ) and experience managing complex customer relationships. Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder needs and manage expectations effectively. Industry Experience: Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance, where compliance and risk management are key. Vendor Management: Strong experience in managing third-party vendors, especially in digital and IT service delivery. What's In It For You?
