Technical Specialist (Safety PPE Workwear) - Scoresby, VIC Join to apply for the Technical Specialist (Safety PPE Workwear) - Scoresby, VIC role at Blackwoods . Your Opportunity As a Technical Specialist, you will be working alongside the Sales Team/Account Managers in providing customer facing technical expertise and support to deliver compelling offers and innovative solutions to our customers. In this role, you will support and champion a portfolio of safety and PPE products including workwear and footwear. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. This role will be based in Scoresby. Given the nature of the role, there is the requirement for travel within a designated territory to support the sales team. Some Of The Tasks Developing and strengthening relationships with both existing and new customers/suppliers through delivery of technical expertise and customer value. Collaborating with account managers and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of sales support for safety and PPE products, workwear, and footwear, from identification, development, to delivery of customised solutions. Managing and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline, utilising CRM systems, while providing key market insights and performance reports. Equipping our sales and customer service teams with comprehensive product knowledge and training. Assisting with quote and tender responses, including expert product recommendations. Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives. Some Of The Skills Proven expertise in safety and PPE products, workwear, and footwear products. Strong multitasking skills and ability to deliver exceptional results. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to build positive and productive working relationships. Passion for face-to-face customer interactions and providing tailored technical solutions.
