Location: Haymarket, Parramatta, or Gosford About the Role: As the Technical Support Coordinator, you will provide technical support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies and guide the activities of technical support staff responsible for the operational maintenance and monitoring of service levels of the organisation’s ICT environment, ensuring compliance with Service Management policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Promote and ensure the use of standardised methods, agreed tools, and reference material. Manage set-up activities for large-scale or complex deployments or changes to the organisation’s information systems. Analyse and report on the performance and functionality of assigned systems and applications. Develop, review, and maintain support documentation. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of multiple, complex platforms and technologies to enable effective integration and utilisation of enterprise applications and services. About the Team: The Technology & Business Support team at Service NSW is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our ICT environment. Our team of technical specialists provides essential support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies. We ensure the smooth operation of ICT systems through timely problem resolution, compliance with service level agreements, and continuous improvement of processes and policies. About You: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a technical support expert, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our diverse user base across multiple locations and platforms.
