We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to join our team located in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of Microsoft 365 Finance & Operations developers, ensuring they meet project milestones, and driving the overall technical direction of the projects. As a thought leader in utilising Microsoft technologies, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional solutions to complex customer requirements. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will ensure that we not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations, delivering innovative and efficient business solutions. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence, you will drive the team to achieve remarkable outcomes, solidifying our reputation as industry leaders. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver solutions that meet both business needs and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, mentoring and support to team members with a focus on customer and business requirements. Provide expert advice to enable our customers to make sound business decisions relating to the implementation of the project they have purchased. Manage the workload of team members, allocating tasks to reflect their level of experience and competencies. Assist with the allocation of appropriate resources to customer projects and support requests. Manage work engagements from customers. Ensure consultants have the appropriate skills to deliver quality projects and are well utilised. Identify opportunities for improvements within the Finance and Operations Team. Be able to provide leadership and guidance to other team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) essential. The ability to provide great service to large enterprise / corporate clients. Ability to engage at all levels across the business. Experience in leading a team of consultants. Previous experience in mentoring others. Ability to clearly and succinctly present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Experience in working in a professional services environment. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills (written and oral). Excellent Customer Service skills. A relevant Tertiary qualification preferred.
