Join our dynamic Engineering Department as a Technical Writer , reporting directly to the Product Engineering Manager. In this role, the successful individual will spearhead the development of clear, concise, and legally compliant technical documentation, both for internal and external use. Responsibilities include crafting customer-facing materials such as marketing collateral, operational guides, and support documentation to ensure customers have access to accurate and helpful information. With the responsibility of the internal knowledge repository, the individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining documentation records in accordance with WesTrac’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Document Management System (DMS).
