Your Role & Impact As the Technology Development & Engineering Manager, you will: Influence the vision – Develop and execute strategies aligning digital and physical product development with business objectives. Lead a multi-disciplinary team – Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across multidisciplinary teams. Drive execution excellence – Oversee end-to-end product development with optimised project management frameworks. Accelerate time-to-market – Streamline development processes, remove bottlenecks, and ensure faster delivery of innovative solutions. What We’re Looking For Qualifications – bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience – 10+ years in product development, with expertise in managing both digital and physical product portfolios. Technical Skills – Proven success in Agile/Scrum project management, product execution, and accelerating development cycles. Leadership & Strategic Thinking – Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead teams through transformation and growth.
