The Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) is seeking a Technology Planner to join our innovative team. In this exciting role, you’ll play a pivotal part in the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions that elevate client experiences. About the Role As a Technology Planner , you will work closely with the Technology Solutions Manager, Senior Technology Planner, and the Sales and Event Planning teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to client needs. From offering expert technical advice to optimising technology resources, your contributions will help ensure the success of a diverse range of events at one of Adelaide’s premier venues. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to design and implement innovative audio-visual solutions. Provide technical advice and support to ensure flawless event execution. Coordinate with internal teams to optimise technology resources for enhanced outcomes. Maintain the highest standards of technology service delivery. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail. A customer-focused approach with a positive and proactive mindset. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Specialist knowledge in audio-visual event design and specification. Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and CAD/BIM software. Vectorworks Spotlight experience (highly desirable). Familiarity with 3D computer-generated environments. Experience with Momentus (Ungerboeck) (highly desirable). Why Join Us?
