Job Description
You will be joining a market leading mining company as a technology risk analyst within an established APAC team with a focus on development, support and flexibility. About the Role Responsibilities include: Conduct technology risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and gaps in IT systems, applications, and processes. Partner with first-line teams to embed risk management practices in technology operations and project planning. Assess risks associated with new technology implementations, ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place. Support technology resilience by contributing to business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response planning. Provide independent second-line oversight of technology risks, ensuring risk frameworks and policies are implemented effectively. About You Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in technology risk management, IT assurance, or similar roles, preferably within Australian financial services or regulated industries. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
