Job Description Engaging with key stakeholders and providing knowledge, experience, and thought leadership in Telecom O2A, Fulfillment, Orchestration, Order management & solution implementation principles. Roles and Responsibilities Min 5 years of overall IT experience in Telecom domain (OSS/BSS). Creates, consults, and reviews Functional Requirements, Architectural Decisions, and architecture solutions to meet project requirements. Conducts Discovery workshops and prepares high-level functional documentation to ensure effective solution development. Evaluates and reviews Design Frameworks and Methodologies and approves design in order to achieve functional requirements and conformance to the architecture. Backlog Grooming, Planning, Prioritization, and Product Roadmap. Designs and implements business analysis strategy, policies, and proposals. Models, appraises, and presents business/systems options for business improvement against identified technical or business problem scenarios. Develops and manages stakeholder relations and communications. Translates business objectives into associated requirements. Ensures that high standards of customer service are provided and maintained to the highest level possible. Essential Experience Have a good understanding of OSS/BSS in telecom domain, Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, Order management experience. Experience in Business analysis, requirements elicitation, creating EPICs, User stories in JIRA. Expertise in Business and System Analysis. Good understanding of Telecom Domain IT landscape, concepts, and exposure across various stages of the software development life cycle with Agile Methodology. Have a good understanding of JIRA, Agile principles, and practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
