We are a major distributor of lighting products with top brands such as GE, Osram, and many more. We offer a diverse range of products designed to enhance both residential and commercial spaces. We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing team and help us brighten up the world, one call at a time! Role Overview: As a Telesales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, understand their lighting needs, and present our product offerings in a compelling manner. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving our sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Present and promote our lighting products and solutions based on customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. Handle inquiries and objections professionally, providing solutions that meet customer requirements. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Qualifications: At least 3 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred. Knowledge of the lighting industry or a strong interest in lighting products is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and positive attitude. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
