The Role Cardinal Contractors are looking for an experienced and friendly Administration Assistant to start immediately for annual leave cover , Monday to Friday , based in Collie . Job tasks and responsibilities General administration tasks such as answering incoming calls, maintaining office and kitchen supplies Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports Manage communication between site personnel, management, and external contractors Manage site filing systems and record-keeping Provide ad-hoc support to management staff Experience in commercial or mining industries in a similar role - advantageous Proficient usage of Microsoft Excel - advantageous MEX Software experience - advantageous Next Step If you believe your qualifications align with the requirements outlined above, we encourage you to submit your CV through SEEK.
