Expressions of Interest: Temporary Property Managers Are you an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager seeking temporary work with excellent hourly rates? About the Role: Manage portfolio sized between 160-300 (dependant on client's structure) Property management programs: PropertyMe/ PropertyTree, Inspection Manager/Inspection Express, REI Forms, Fik it over/Docusign Rent reviews & arrears Maintenance & Remedial works Property compliance Routines/Ingoings/Outgoings as required Advertising and relets Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in managing residential property portfolios end-to-end. Strong knowledge of property management legislation, systems and software. Certificate or registration/Class 2 licence Driver's licence and own car Why temping?
