With plenty of support (assistance from a fantastic Department Head, Leasing Consultant and Administrator), this is an exciting opportunity to join a Property Management department within a five star reputation and an award winning team. You will be responsible for: Manage a clean and tidy portfolio of 180 properties locally Effectively liaise with clients and tenants Conduct outgoing and routine inspections Complete repairs & maintenance management Arrears control Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals The Candidate: Previous experience in Property Management A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate with all types of people and negotiate A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 Why Temp?
