At Voyager Tennis Academy , our goal is to lead the market domestically in racquet sports, focusing primarily on tennis and pickleball. We achieve this by offering high-quality programs & competitions that engage our clients, promote health, and foster well-being in our communities. We prioritise your growth from entry-level coaching to leadership roles, supported by comprehensive training and annual performance reviews. We are looking for a full-time elite Tennis High Performance Coach at our Sydney Olympic Park venue. This is the largest full-time elite player program in Australia where many top nationally ranked juniors are trained by our world-class coaching team and you can play a big part in our high-performance team. In this full-time role, you will be working early morning weekdays from Monday - Friday with a finishing time of approximately 5 pm, with one-half day on the weekend + tournament coverage when required. ABOUT YOU Has 3 years of Tennis Coaching experience with 38+ hours per week at a previous tennis academy. Has a passion and track record of developing elite tennis players, coaching and developing top-tier tennis talent. Has a strong background as a tennis player, with a pro tour or college experience (High UTR strongly desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and motivating players. Ability to design and implement training programs that enhance performance. Essential Criteria : Must hold a valid Australian Driver's License. Preferably an Australian candidate, but open to international candidates.
