About your role We currently have a rare opportunity for an outcome-driven Terminals Manager to join our Sea Freight and Bulk Shipping team. This role will set the strategic direction and operational execution for the storage components of the bulk IXOM Supply Chain and is critical to support our commercial teams across the APAC region and ensuring services meet IXOM's safety and operational targets and milestones. With offices based along the East Coast we are open to this role being based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and provide hybrid working opportunities. Key Responsibilities Management of current footprint of terminals across the network, including in house terminal tanks and 3rd party agreements Contract management of current contractual network and of 3rd party contracts Develop and manage upcoming critical growth projects Work closely with our Bulk Shipping Manager to achieve contract value and reduce non-conforming cost Review and balance supply across the Australia and New Zealand network Partner with our broader commercial teams across our product offerings to assist with commercial and process benefits Build relationships with our internal Supply Chain team around managing the day-to-day capacity of terminals across the network Ensure terminal compliance to legal regulations and company policies Develop & distribute a monthly dashboard report providing the business transparency on performance, key activities and issues Manage inventory levels across the terminals and manage service levels at all times Project management planning of regulatory tank inspections, and assets coming off and on line across the network Who are we looking for?
