The Opportunity: In the role of Territory Manager , you will be a key hire within one of the business's top performingchannels. You will cover sales across the Victorian region through clearly aligned target customer bases. Use your industry knowledge to form close partnerships, advising on complementary brands to fit the feel and style of the customer. Our client is looking for an experienced Rep and stylish brand ambassador to both manage existing doors and bring on new business with the support of your experienced team leader and national manager. Use the B2B system for efficient order placement and timely delivery. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory. Grow sales within existing accounts, exceeding targets. Collaborate with the team to expand the brand portfolio in the territory. Analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple states. Monitor competitors and adjust tactics to stay competitive. Innovative and proactive sales approach, with a willingness to take the initiative. Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Experience with a B2B ordering system is a plus.
