They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth in the commercial and residential industry in Northern Brisbane. Role Overview: As the Territory Manager, you will drive business growth and market share within the building materials segment, working across key product categories. You'll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team that values diverse experiences and perspectives. This role is ideal for an energetic, people-focused professional who enjoys networking, building strong relationships, and influencing key industry players. You will engage with contractors, retailers, internal teams, and industry stakeholders to drive results. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors. Implement a structured call plan aligned with our sales framework. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to show product benefits. Strengthen relationships within the industry, including suppliers, industry groups, and associations. Manage project pipelines to ensure they are ahead of timelines. Promote the brand by collaborating with trade stores to enhance contractor engagement. Effectively manage contracts and project data using a CRM platform. What We're Looking For: Extensive experience in winning and securing commercial/residential projects with contractors and subcontractors. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities. A data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel across Southern Brisbane. Expertise in contract negotiation and CRM systems. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
