About the role Successfully achieve and contribute to allocated revenue budgets and focused growth targets. Develop and execute business plans for key customers and generate an effective customer contact plan. Identify growth opportunities and establish new accounts whilst using CRM software. Manage all customer service and product related issues and queries. Organise and conduct ongoing product training for customers and end users. Maintain existing and plan and install new merchandising systems for customers. Complete effective sales reporting, and report on competitor activity, industry trends, and general market intelligence within the territory. Manage and support national and regional promotional and marketing activities within the territory. Ensure customer inventory requirements and revenue projections are accurately forecasted and work with the regional sales team to ensure reduction of excess inventory is at agreed annual levels. About you Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in B2B sales. Demonstrated experience presenting to and training small-medium size groups. Understanding of hydraulic principles in relation to water movement. Understanding of rural, plumbing, irrigation, hardware and OEM markets. Why join us?
