About the Role We’re bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania and building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025. We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals who are keen to further develop their career as a Territory Manager in our newly forming Licensed Field team. Your customer base will be a mix of bars, clubs, restaurants, and Retail Liquor outlets. What You'll Be Responsible For Execution of assigned customer call cycle across your defined territory, including achievement of customer specific metrics, execution & compliance of promotional programs per banner or outlet. Building effective relationships with customers, gaining a strong understanding of your customers' business to support them effectively and build win/win outcomes. Accurate and timely reporting and recording of information in our CRM. Skills You'll Need Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention, and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities. Results orientation - focuses on outcomes and the steps it takes to achieve them. Verbal communication - speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience.
