Territory Manager - Vascular Reports To : Regional Business ManagerLocation: Melbourne Central and West (Public and Private hospitals) + Tasmania.Are you passionate about healthcare and eager to make an impact in the medical device industry? This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are motivated to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional products and service to healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities: Deliver consistent and effective sales performance to allocated Tier 1 accounts within your designated territory. Cultivate strong customer relationships, positioning yourself as the most recommended Vascular partner. Work closely with the Strategic Account Management team to pursue tender/contract opportunities. Attend procedures in a clinical setting, including those involving ionizing radiation (x-ray). Collaborate with the Programs team to identify local education needs and deliver in-service support to customers. Support consignment management and ensure effective stock turnover to meet divisional goals. Utilise financial reports to identify new business opportunities and manage risks effectively. Engage in trade shows and conferences as needed to support business growth. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to the complaint procedure when necessary. Maintain a proactive approach to customer needs, inventory management, and business reporting. What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in Business or Clinical-related fields (Nursing, Radiography, Physiotherapy are desirable). Prior experience in sales, marketing, and/or business management within the medical device industry is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Personal Attributes: Highly reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to innovate in problem-solving. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic in approach to tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to all customer interactions.
