What You Will Do In this field-based role, you will play a key part in strengthening our presence within your assigned territory. Your main responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Veterinarians, Vet Nurses, Store Managers, and wholesalers. Providing expert advice and training to customers, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively communicate the benefits of our products. Utilising customer insights and data to tailor your approach and deliver value-driven solutions. Presenting and promoting products through corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events. Handling customer inquiries professionally, including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations. Collaborating with internal teams across sales, marketing, and technical services to support customer needs and business success. Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge to remain competitive and provide informed recommendations to customers. What You Must Have To be successful in this role, you’ll need: A tertiary degree in business or science (preferred). Proven experience in a customer-facing role , ideally within sales or account management. The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with customers. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner. A proactive and self-motivated approach , with the ability to work independently. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive customer engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital tools such as an iPad. High level of resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills . Strong organisational and time management abilities , ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
