Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers and stakeholders, both clinical and economic, in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential. Build deep relationships with key stakeholders and be the face of Artivion within Vic/Tas. Plan and execute in-territory Marketing activities and in-services, adapting activities consistently (including virtual as needed during no-travel periods). Execute go to market plans for new products. Identify, sign-up and close key partners and end-users. Achieve revenue and market share goals. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, and patient centric behavior leading to high levels of customer engagement. Use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional clinical and case support. Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and decision makers, and engage them through workshops, seminars, conferences (among other activities) to differentiate the Artivion brand and our products. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market segments in which Artivion plays. Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities and strategies in territory. Share competitive intelligence on a regular basis and develop and action strategies to counter. Deliver customer education and training programs tailored to the segment you are working with (administration, nursing, allied health, registrars and surgeons) to build. Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively. Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Distributor teams to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business to gain market share and differentiate Artivion from its competitors. QUALIFICATIONS: Early to mid-career professional with 3 years of sales experience in scientific (pharmaceuticals / medical devices) preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Life Science related field preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile organization and is motivated by a high-growth and high-performing environment. Demonstrates a solutions-focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutions. Has the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedural knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all hospital stakeholders. Must be self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives. Willingness to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumen. Ability to work flexibly (e.g. irregular hours whenever necessary) to meet the needs of emergency surgeries which arise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
