Location is negotiable; we can work with applicants from the entire Central West up to Dubbo, and also including the Canberra region. Working closely with Rotech's rural store resellers and fencing contractors, you must be capable of delivering exceptional customer experience and support with the use of sales technology tools. The Company: Established in 1998, Rotech Rural is now a leading national manufacturing, import and wholesale business specializing in the provision of a complete range of reputable, quality rural fencing hardware. Rotech Rural is revolutionizing the way rural fencing is sold with new online tools that connect users to a national distribution network. Our new innovations in product design are also changing the way Australians build their fences. The Role: This is an exciting full-time role for a young, energetic and ambitious graduate, passionate about the Agricultural Industry and wanting a career in Sales. This role would be perfect for someone looking for the opportunity to step up and prove themselves, with Australia's fastest-growing fencing brand. Based at our offices throughout Southern NSW, you will be working with a fast-moving, hard-working, innovative and energetic team of young people that are leading a wave of change in the way rural stores sell fencing hardware throughout Australia. This role will involve extensive travel throughout Southern NSW, with 2-3 days of on-road face-to-face selling per week, field days, and industry conferences. This is a strenuous but rewarding role that will suit candidates looking to increase their experience and their remuneration while gaining Territory management credentials with a leading rural brand. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, as well as developing new business opportunities. A readiness and courage to take on new methods and align themselves with Rotech's brand strategy, operating procedures, and company values will be the deciding factors for the successful candidate. A commitment to using consultative selling methods and the ability to sell a high-value premium brand on its credentials without resorting to price cutting will be mandatory. To be successful in the role, the applicant will have to demonstrate ongoing success in growing market share through new business development and expansion of existing accounts. Qualifications: Excel in time and task management and remain highly organized. Confident but humble enough to accept constructive feedback and try new methods with a positive and flexible approach. Team player, always conducting yourself professionally with honesty and integrity. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Be able to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the agricultural industry is an advantage. Accept responsibility for meeting personal performance indicators. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ATAR. Physically demanding job involving heavy lifting and handling large and heavy fencing products (35kg +), and shelving systems for store merchandise setups - pre-employment Medical check required. Disciplined in planning, reporting, and follow-up.
