Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice, we intend to recruit a BI Engineer with relevant consulting and communication skills. Let us talk about the roles and responsibilities: Experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Lead with a strong background in banking and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with technical expertise and people management skills, capable of driving TDM solutions, setting up offshore teams, and ensuring productive delivery of high-quality test data to various projects. Key Responsibilities: Test Data Strategy: Define and implement test data management strategies aligned with enterprise goals.Ensure test data provisioning aligns with project timelines and quality standards. Operational Excellence: Establish robust processes for test data creation, masking, subsetting, and provisioning.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of test data for diverse banking systems.Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Team Leadership: Build and manage offshore and onshore TDM teams.Mentor, train, and support team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.Foster collaboration between TDM teams and stakeholders across the enterprise. Stakeholder Management: Engage with project teams, developers, and QA teams to gather test data requirements.Act as a point of contact for resolving test data issues and conflicts. Technical Expertise: Leverage tools and technologies for test data management (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, or similar).Understand banking systems and interfaces, ensuring relevance and accuracy of test data.Innovate and automate processes for efficient test data delivery. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in Test Data Management, with at least 5 years in banking or financial services.Proven experience setting up and managing offshore teams. Technical Skills: Expertise in test data tools (e.g., data masking, subsetting, cloning).Strong SQL and database management skills.Knowledge of banking domain applications and workflows. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certifications in TDM tools or data privacy regulations (preferred). Key Success Factors: Delivery of accurate, secure, and timely test data for enterprise projects. Seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore teams. Alignment with enterprise compliance and data security policies.
