As a Test Manager, you will take ownership of all testing for the program, lead the testing strategy, manage a team of DXC and other vendor resources, and liaise with stakeholders and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of an Oracle implementation. This role is a long-term contract with potential to extend.Experience Required 10+ years' experience in software testing including at least 5 years in a Test Manager role Experience working on ERP implementation projects such as Oracle, SAP or Microsoft Prior experience developing test strategies, schedules and plans Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bring disparate teams together Solid understanding of testing and test automation Solid understanding of test methodologies and debugging tests Solid understanding and practice of agile development and testing Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced and highly dynamic work environment DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
