Job Description Quality Assurance : Oversee the quality and reliability of Workday and ServiceNow implementations, ensuring they meet organizational standards. Test Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for HCM projects, focusing on detailed plans for Workday and ServiceNow. Standardization : Ensure a consistent testing methodology aligned with established protocols across the program. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with global and regional teams to define test scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Environment Management : Coordinate with the Environment Lead to maintain test environments that support accurate and effective testing. Team Leadership : Direct a team of testers, SMEs, and consultants, managing tasks, setting goals, and guiding them towards timely test plan completion. The Successful Applicant Experience : 5+ years in test management, with extensive Workday and ServiceNow knowledge. Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate testing teams. Strategy : Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive test plans. Consistency : Committed to maintaining standardised testing methodologies. Collaboration : Strong skills in working with global and regional teams. Problem Solving : Methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
