Working with a key Defence client, the program of work is to run a Pilot of 1000 users being migrated to Exchange Online, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Applications, enrolling iOS devices into Intune MDM, Microsoft Copilot, and Windows 365. The Tester will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and performance of these solutions through rigorous testing and validation.The Tester will be responsible for verifying and validating the functionality, performance, security, and usability of the deployed technologies. They will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the pilot program, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring compliance with Defence security and operational requirements.Requirements Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Exchange Online migration, Windows 11 deployment, Microsoft 365 applications, Intune MDM enrolment, Microsoft Copilot, and Windows 365 Perform functional, regression and integration to validate system performance and reliability Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, working closely with engineers to resolve issues Ensure compliance with Defence security and operational standards in all test activities Collaborate with IT teams, engineers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless implementation Provide detailed test reports, summaries, and recommendations for improvements Support pilot users in troubleshooting and resolving post-migration issues #J-18808-Ljbffr
