This role continues to build on the team’s expertise and will be representing a new portfolio of life changing products.This is the third Therapeutic Lead role created in 12 months! A unique opportunity to join a passionate leadership team and own the Oncology portfolio. As the Therapeutic Lead you will drive launch strategy across multiple areas and manage established products.Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include: Developing & leading pre & post launch strategy across multiple products & markets Leading & influencing your multidisciplinary cross-functional teams Building & optimising relationships with KOLs & HCP networks Alliance management with several partners Partnering with the executive team to identify and prioritise market scenarios across ANZ & SEA Developing a people plan in line with concurrent launches Contributing to the culture & vision of the company and the expansion of the therapy team. The successful candidate will have: Proven track record as a commercial leader in the pharmaceutical industry Extensive marketing background (5+ years) across multiple launches and managing full life cycle of products Knowledge of ANZ Oncology market, with recent relationships highly desirable Strong people management skills with the ability to build a high performing culture External stakeholder management Exposure to APAC markets will be advantageous Strong presentation & relationship building skills Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail Degree in lifesciences, business, marketing or similar. Candidates with a background in both Oncology and Immunotherapy will be highly regarded.
