Therapeutic Strategy Manager | Early Phase About the Role The responsibilities of Therapeutic Strategy encompass both Business Development and Clinical Operations, having a key role in the development of new business opportunities for Novotech, providing clinical, therapeutic and operational expertise to repeat and potential new clients. This role is specific to Early Phase clinical studies.Responsibilities Work directly with Client Operations Manager/ Director and Business Development Manager/Associate on new business opportunities requiring pre-award feasibility, or PM on post-award feasibility. Develop strong business relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators and site staff throughout APAC region across multiple Therapeutic Areas. Critically review available study documents, including but not limited to: protocol, synopsis, RFP and executed work order (paid feasibility only) and work with Client Ops Manager/Director or PM to develop a strategy and/or country list to be included in the feasibility assessment. Perform review of scientific literature, commercial databases and internal tools to provide background information and text for feasibility strategy and reports. Develop tailored study specific feasibility questionnaire utilising CTMS Feasibility module. Work directly with Novotech Country Managers and in-country feasibility teams to coordinate the feasibility assessment. Provide timelines, follow-up and guidance to the in-country teams as needed to ensure delivery of a high-quality and timely feasibility assessment. Undertake critical review and analysis of responses received throughout the feasibility assessment. Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and proactive approach in follow up of in-country feasibility teams and contacted sites to ensure best possible feasibility outcomes. Experience and Qualifications Experience with Early Phase clinical studies is essential. Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field. Relevant experience/qualifications in allied professions may also be considered. Previous experience in a supervisory and/or line management capacity will be regarded favourably. Must be able to communicate clearly, able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Novotech is proud to offer a great workplace.
