We are seeking an experienced Eating Disorder Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and lead both day patient and inpatient programs. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based group and individual therapies to patients with eating disorders. You will facilitate structured sessions using CBT, CBT-E, and RO-DBT approaches and contribute to the improvement of our day patient and inpatient programs. Your key responsibilities within this role include: Facilitate group therapy sessions using CBT, CBT-E, and RO-DBT. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including dietitians, psychiatrists, and nurses. Participate in case reviews, care planning, and outcome measure assessments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Skills and Experience Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field. Full registration with AHPRA, PACFA, or ACA. Minimum 2 years of experience working with eating disorder populations. Proficiency in delivering Eating disorder specific therapies. Experience in group facilitation and individual therapy. Strong understanding of outcome measures such as HoNOS, and MHQ14. Commitment to trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Experience delivering both day patient and inpatient programs is desirable. Previous experience in RO-DBT for overcontrolled presentations is desirable. What’s in it for you?
