Experience We are looking for a motivated individual with a background that showcases a deep understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systems. This could be highlighted by any of the following experiences: Thermographic Inspections Working on commercial / industrial electrical systems Preventative maintenance / fault finding The Role Stowe Australia has been providing Electrical Services for over 110 years and has developed a strong background in all facets of electrical and communication installations and maintenance. Our Client Services Departments undertake electrical Maintenance, Small to Medium Size Projects, State and National Rollouts, and also look after the needs of our direct customers both small and large. This division is geared to provide rapid and efficient 24-hour service covering additions, alterations, and preventive and breakdown maintenance. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Perform thermal inspections of electrical equipment Perform detailed visual inspections of equipment Accurately capture and record data onsite Complete thermal image analysis and report generation Comply with all WHS policies & procedures, including completion of job safety analysis and risk assessments Qualifications It is a requirement that you have the following Qualifications/Licences or the ability to obtain if requested: Class A Electrical Licence (Mandatory) Level 1 Thermography Drivers License (Mandatory) First Aid Certificate, including CPR and LVR (Mandatory) National Police Clearance Working with Children Card White Card Qualities/Attributes The successful person will be trained in the areas of Thermographic Scanning, have computer and reporting skills, and will be responsible for organising with clients, reports, and repairs. The essential qualifications an applicant should possess are Thermographic Scanning training, sound electrical knowledge in the commercial environment (min 5 years post trade), a sound understanding of Australian Standards, and the ability to communicate/relate with clients and an ability to learn new skills. Ideally, the person would be someone who has at least 3 years industry experience. This role is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself in a new way within the electrical field.
