Division Name: Transperth System, Regional Town and School Bus Services Position No: 34631 Closing Date: 2025-03-20 5:00 PM Location: Perth Job Type: Permanent - Full Time About the Job You will play a key role in managing and improving ticketing operations across the Transperth system by coordinating and implementing operational procedures, business rules, and standards. This role involves analysing ticketing data to identify trends, supporting the operation and maintenance of ticketing and associated systems, and assisting with the development of policies and procedures related to Transperth’s ticketing and parking systems. You will also provide essential administrative and research support to ensure the smooth management of ticketing policies and customer relations. In this role, you will assist in drafting reports, briefing papers, and Ministerial correspondence, contributing valuable insights to support decision-making. You will also engage with internal and external stakeholders, responding to customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a strong understanding of Transperth’s operations. Competencies in drafting reports and performing research to identify trends and monitor functionality and performance. Experience in data analytics and problem solving.
