Responsibilities: Develop long-term strategies, lead key initiatives, and set future directions for the health category; Recruit business partners, identify innovative collaboration models suitable for partners’ short-term and long-term development plans, and effectively and efficiently deploy platform resources; Collaborate with partners to develop medium and long-term TikTok commerce strategies, including product selection, content, marketing, and new product introductions, to ensure long-term success; Resolve key challenges in business growth through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams; Provide industry knowledge, and leverage your network to ensure success in the category. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in the health products industry and at least 1 year in commerce; Knowledge of the Mexican health market ecosystem, regulatory policies, leading brands, and latest trends; Results-oriented, with strong self-motivation and responsibility; Data-sensitive, able to set clear goals and monitor progress; Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications: Capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing strategies; Strong learning ability, proactive and adaptable, able to effectively handle pressure; Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
