About the role Reporting to the Road Freight Manager, this role will be offered on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. You’ll be part of a team responsible for: Supporting the updating of heavy vehicle access profiles and communicating the access to relevant internal stakeholders. Assisting inventory reconciliation processes. Finalising documentation to export and supporting AP/AR invoicing process. Closing out activities associated with road invoicing. Maintaining compliance register and communicating changes with stakeholders. About your experience Candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience within a similar role. Candidates will also display: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technologies. Strong communication, time management, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Customer and stakeholder management skills. Ability to use a suite of IT platforms with confidence.
