AAMG is recruiting a reliable trades assistant to join the mechanical fitters team in the component rebuild workshop. 05th March, 2025 Autonomy & Asset Management Group (AAMG) is a Queensland-based company providing vital support to the mining and resources industry through our expertise in autonomy and asset management. We offer a range of services, including Automation and Technology, Asset Management, Skilled Trades, and Technical Placements, all designed to support large-scale projects using the latest OEM equipment. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced workshop environment, providing essential support to the mechanical fitters. Key Responsibilities: Assist mechanical fitters in workshop tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in a trade role, ideally within the automotive or heavy machinery industry. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. A strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow procedures. A current Forklift and DG licence (essential). A valid Driver's License. In Return: Monday to Friday Dayshift only.
