Location: Kirrawee, New South Wales, AUSTRALIA Company: Metcash About the Role A great opportunity has arisen in our Kirrawee Trade Centre Mitre10 business for an experienced Counter Sales / Trade Desk Sales person. This position is store-based, working within our Trade team. You will have previous sales experience using P.O.S and experience with cash handling. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role, having a passion for outstanding customer service. What You Will Be Doing Being safe as safety is part of our everyday culture Deliver excellent customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders, etc. Goods inwards procedures Stock replenishment, adhering to store retail standards Picking and packing orders What You Will Bring Ability to clearly communicate to customers via phone and email Ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced trade business An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market with previous experience is desirable but not essential Ability to work closely in a diverse team About Us For over 50 years, Mitre 10 has been the local and independent hardware store to thousands of Australians.
