Role Overview As a Traffic Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative traffic and transport solutions. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement strategies that enhance mobility and improve transport efficiency across diverse projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct traffic impact assessments and prepare detailed reports. Design and optimize traffic management plans, including intersections, road layouts, and pedestrian systems. Perform traffic modeling using tools such as SIDRA, VISSIM, or similar. Undertaking AutoCAD related tasks. Analyze traffic data and propose actionable solutions for improvement. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in traffic engineering or transport planning. Proficiency in traffic modeling and design software. Strong knowledge of Australian traffic regulations and guidelines.
