Their commitment to innovation and client satisfaction has fuelled their expansion, creating new opportunities within their dynamic team.Job Description / The Role: Serve as the primary contact for a diverse client base, ensuring prompt and professional service and target delivery. Prepare and review statutory and management accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and timely delivery. Oversee and assist in the preparation and submission of corporation tax, self-assessment, payroll, and VAT returns. Provide strategic business advice, including budgeting and financial planning, to support clients' growth and profitability. Lead and mentor staff, encouraging a collaborative and supportive team environment. Identify and implement enhancements to internal processes to improve efficiency and service quality. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust. What We Need from You / Requirements: Experience working in an accountancy practice . Working towards ACA/ACCA qualification . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and client-focused approach.
