First 5 Minutes will train you to run Emergency Evacuations and non-accredited briefings, so you can prepare people to be safe in this unpredictable world! About the Role As part of the Queensland Team, you will report to the Safety and Technical Manager and work closely with your team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the delivery of First Five Minutes (F5M) products to clients, including the delivery of highly practical, client-focused emergency management training and drills in accordance with AS3745 and AS4083, as well as other complementary training. Key Responsibilities: Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) Training. Module Training (i.e. Fire Wardens). Emergency Planning Committee Meetings (EPC). Some regional travel (Ad-hoc, with advanced notice once trained). Skills and Experience: Current Driver’s License and own vehicle (essential). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer-focused approach with excellent time management skills. Experience delivering training in an adult learning environment. Experience building rapport and strong relationships. Experience working independently and as part of a team. Basic to intermediate ability with computer software (or willingness to learn). A Cert 4 in Training (desirable or willingness to work towards one). First 5 Minutes - About us!
