Who We’re Searching For We need dynamic and motivated Trainers/Assessors with up-to-date industry expertise to deliver top-notch training in: Certificate III in Individual Support Certificate IV in Ageing / Certificate IV in Disability Support If you have the qualifications and a love for mentoring future care champions, we want to hear from you! Your Superpowers (AKA Key Responsibilities) Assessing learners and offering constructive feedback (assessment load 70%). Delivering engaging online training with the enthusiasm of a morning TV show host. Keeping student records sharper than your favourite pencil. Supporting learners with disabilities and ensuring inclusive learning environments. Reviewing and updating training materials like a content ninja. Participating in assessment validation and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, because quality is non-negotiable. Supporting workplace assessors and supervisors—teamwork makes the dream work. Building and maintaining industry connections to keep courses fresh and relevant. What You Bring to the Table At least 3 years of full-time industry experience in relevant sectors. Industry practice in the past 12 months (minimum 60 hours). A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent with required units). Strong digital literacy skills and a knack for using online tools to create engaging learning experiences.
