This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW. Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project area. The Role As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating online and in-person training for new and existing employees on a large-scale construction project. Your role will ensure that all training is conducted with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and safety standards, supporting the overall success of the project. This role is a full-time contract for 12 months, based in our Wagga office and occasionally at our site office in Lockhart. Primary responsibilities will include: Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of site inductions and internal training – new and existing. Booking external training to verify competency and deliver training for the Project. Updating and maintaining training systems and records that accurately reflect the status of all employees and sub-contractors. Accurately completing all necessary documentation and ensuring the necessary approvals and authorisations are issued in a timely manner. Your skills and experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume administration role. Construction background and understanding of construction terminology. Experience in Excel and other Microsoft applications. Experience with Pegasus highly desirable. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. We’re building a diverse workforce.
