Company: Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd Reporting to Coordinator Safety & Training, this role supports the implementation and running of training on site. Ensure all aspects of training are met for job-specific roles, and that all employees, both Surface and Underground, are compliant with training requirements. Oversee and ensure all training compliance is conducted in line with our Training Management process. Maintain compliance and ensure personnel have the necessary skills and training for their work area within the Mining industry. About you: 2 years’ experience in a Training role. Cert IV TAE40116 Training and Assessing Cert IV Occupational Health and Safety (Desirable) Minimum 10 years processing plant experience in an Operator position Experience in Safety & Training management programs such as SuccessFactors LMS, INX (Desirable) Computer literate and capable of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ICAM Fundamentals (Desirable) Prepare, maintain, and test response equipment (Desirable) Gold Fields is committed to achieving an inclusive workforce.
