About The Role This role is pivotal in providing training and operational support to Resolve Finance and Bluebay Home Loans. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our learners receive the best training experience possible and ensuring we deliver effective and efficient services to our franchisees, our brokers and our customers. This is a hands-on role and responsible for: Design and delivery of training to franchisees, brokers, and internal teams through inductions, webinars, and face-to-face sessions Maintaining training resources, policy documentation, intranet content and procedure manuals to ensure accuracy and accessibility Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery to franchisees, brokers and customers About You You’re an experienced learning, development and operations professional who enjoys making a difference by delivering high impact, engaging training and proactively drive continuous operational improvement across the business. Experience in the franchising industry is a must . Some key attributes and experience include: Experience in designing training programs, maintaining e-Learning platforms, and using LMS systems Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills Knowledge of adult learning principles and standard operating procedures and proceses writing Ability to work autonomously and in teams with strong problem-solving abilities Financial services experience and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) (desirable) Why ABN?
