We operate a multi-million-dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Training Centre Coordinator for our Adelaide office. Responsibilities: Coordinating training activities at the training centre. Supervising training centre support staff. Review and update course content as directed. Conduct training sessions for training centre attendees as required. Monitor and continuously improve the quality outcomes of training centre courses. Ensure all course completion paperwork is processed correctly. Ensure all training equipment is suitable and in a safe condition. Liaise with site management to ensure training outcomes are meeting requirements. Monitor legislation to ensure changes are reflected within the training management systems as required. Requirements: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Certificate IV in Work Health Safety. Experience in underground mining. Experience with course development. Working knowledge of Registered Training Organisation. Working knowledge of INX training system database would be advantageous. Successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an offer of employment being made. How do your skills match this job?
