Job Description The role At Lite n’ Easy, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. As a dedicated Training and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Training & Compliance programs across your allocated site or sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our staff are well-trained and that our operations adhere to industry standards and regulations. Your contributions will help maintain our high standards and support our mission of delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Develop, deliver, coordinate and evaluate training programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures, current laws and regulations. Ensure timely delivery of Compliance training requirements and maintenance of accurate records of completion. Coordinate and facilitate training compliance audits and inspections. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for staff members. Manage and maintain records of all training and compliance activities. Collaborate with department heads to identify training/skill gaps and schedule appropriate training. Prepare and present reports on training and compliance status to senior management. About You 2+ years’ experience in Training and Compliance or a related field. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Flexible to work between the scope of 5AM to 10PM onsite. FMCG industry experience would be highly regarded. Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency or familiarisation with LMS such as Oracle, Dayforce or similar. Capable of building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
